Maximum illumination of workspaces

Fully renovated building with excellent qualities.

The building is located on the corner of Julián Camarillo and San Romualdo streets.

Until a few years ago, the area was dominated by industrial construction, but it has been transformed and reconverted, with office and residential buildings with a good range of services now predominating. Today, companies such as El Corte Inglés, Atos Origin, Telefónica, Comunidad de Madrid, It Deusto, Tragsatec, Uni2, Tecnocom, Clínica Universitaria Alfonso X, etc. are located in this area.

CHARACTERISTICS

The refurbishment of the building has been designed to maximize the illumination of the work spaces, for which purpose these spaces have been distributed in the areas close to the facades, through which their illumination is guaranteed.

The facades of the building are designed to be very continuous, interrupted by two large glazed areas. These two glass areas are used to give presence to the building.

Interior courtyards have been designed to illuminate the interior work areas in order to increase the natural lighting obtained through the facades. These two courtyards are crossed by a walkway.

Around these two courtyards are designed two vertical communication cores that give access to each of the floors. These cores are formed by two stairways and two elevators.

Vehicle access to the garages is through Julián Camarillo Street, with two ramps, one leading directly to the basement and the other giving access to the parking spaces located on the first floor.
