09/09/2024 – In the last year, Orihuela has been the place where the price per square meter of residential housing has increased the most.
This price in the municipality of Orihuela increased by 12.5% from the second quarter of 2023 to the same quarter of 2024, which makes it the highest price in Spain.
The municipality of Orihuela has a unit value of 1,572 euros per square meter and an annual variation of 12.5%, with a quarterly increase of 1.1%. The cost is 12% higher than in the city of Alicante and 23% higher than the average for the province.
