Metrovacesa has awarded Gomendio Constructores a contract for the construction of a residential building at 14 NIEREMBERG Street, in Ciudad Jardín, Chamartín district, Madrid. The development has 67 homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, with storage room and one or two parking spaces, depending on the type of development. There is also a gym, bicycle area, swimming pool and a gourmet area and rooftop solarium.
