Playas de Orihuela on the seafront, within the municipality of Orihuela, on a 597,287 m2 plot of land, where the execution of the Partial Plan is being developed, with a total buildable area of 358,372 m2, including residential units, tourist apartments, commercial, sports and cultural centers, as well as the provision for a marina with capacity for 450 moorings, in addition to a large shopping and leisure center of 15,000 m2 of gross rentable area.
