09/25/2023 – Start of delivery of TERRAZAS DEL OLIVAR II development
Once the building works are completed, Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio, in collaboration with Sun Golf Villas, starts the deed and delivery of the development, consisting of 79 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, parking spaces and storage rooms, as well as a concierge, children’s play area, swimming pool, gym and paddle tennis court.
